Any equipment which is sent out as an advance replacement must be returned within 15 days. If equipment is not returned within 15 days your credit card will be charged for the advance replacement equipment.

Any returned equipment which is not defective will be charged a 20% restocking
fee plus the cost of shipping.

All COD orders will be sent out as Certified / Bank funds or money order.
All installation, programming, and moves that are done outside of the New York TriState area are subcontracted. All quotes for installations are rough estimates. All quotes are subject to change without notice. Quotes are subject to subcontracts inspection and approval of quote.

Adavanced Replacment warranty, during the first 90 days from the date of the Invoice. We will replace a defective product by shipping a replacement product to the address in which the original equipment was shipped. The customer is responsible for the return of the defective equipment. If the defective equipmentis not returned to us within 15 days. BusinessPhonesOnline.Com reserves the right to charge the customer's credit card account on file in full for the advance replaced product including shipping charges without notification
